Returning Game Over Online orders
If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date if not worn or washed. Game Over Online reserves the right to determine if a garment has been worn. Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. Your return will be processed within 48 hours of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Game Over Trophies: Trophies orders must be inspected within 24 hours of receipt by the Buyer. If Buyer determines that a Trophy is defective, Buyer must Email

as discussed below in Return Procedures within the 24 hour period from receipt in order to receive an Authorization Code for Return. Any defective trophies will be replaced at no charge to the Buyer. Any Trophies not inspected within 24 hours and request made for an Authorization Code as discussed below in Return Procedures are not eligible for return, no exceptions will be made.
Closeout products: Products marked "last chance" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Other terms: Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.
We reserve the right to limit returns.
Price Adjustments: Website products placed on a temporary markdown (sale items) are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment. Website products placed on permanent markdown (clearance or "last chance" items) are not eligible for price adjustments.
Return Procedures:

. A return Email will be sent within 24 hours with an authorization code and instructions on how to send the item.
- Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
- Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to Game Over Online at:

- Please note: Game Over Online facilities do not accept hand deliveries
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Game Over Online will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
- All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.
