Jayson Williams, former New Jersey Nets power forward, was involved in a one car accident in New York.  The accident broke Mr. Williams neck.  He was driving while intoxicated.

Williams is currently awaiting re-trial on his manslaughter charge of 8 years ago, where he allegedly shot his chauffer in his home and covered up the incident.
